von Redlich shows Henry II son of Mathilda dau. Matthew of Alsace and the Princess Mary, Countess of Boulogne.

This would seem to indicate that Matthew of Alsace and Count Matthew of Boulogne were the same person, but and that Maud and Mathilde are the same person.^{[2, 29, 39]}
