He married (AQA-38) REBECCA WHEELER, daughter of (AQA-32) Timothy and (AOW-20) Ann (WAKELEE) WHEELER, who was born on 14 Feb. 1719^[4], died on 23 Feb. 1799 in Stratfield^[4], and was buried on 24 Feb. 1799 in Trinity Church, Southport, Fairfield Co.^{[6] [2, 4]}

She married (1st) (AAH-1) WILLIAM JACKSON MEEKER, who was born in 1730 in Fairfield^[7], and died between 21 Jan. 1777 and 3 April 1777 in Stratfield^[5]. She married (2nd) about 1778, (ANU-1) JAMES VAUGHN, who was born about 1741, and died about 1789. ^[4]
