Died: At his residence on Peters Creek, on Sunday morning, April 28th 1878, at 7 o'clock A.M. Mr Isaac Fleak, in the 72nd year of his age. The deceased was born in Penn. in 1806 , was raised in Virginia, and moved to Missouri in the year 1840, where he continued to reside, until 1861, when he moved to Kansas, where he has since lived. He was universally respected by all who knew him. He had the misfortune to lose his youngest daughter, on the 23rd of March last, and he never rallied from the effects of her death. He was buried at the family grave yard, at Highley's Cemetery, where he sleeps the sleep of a "Just Man made Perfect." We have been intimately acquainted with him for the past nine years, and during all that time have regarded him as one of the most honest, upright men, we have ever known.
