ROSE⁶ KERRICH (William⁵, Robert⁴, William³, William², William¹), daughter of (5) William⁵ and Margery (_____) KERRICH, was born on 13 April 1572^[5] in Saxsted^[5], and died on 19 Sept. 1627 in Westhorpe. She married in Westhorpe, on 13 May 1600, (KT-3) THOMAS CLARKE, son of (KT-2) John and (LM-4) Katherine (COOK ALIAS CAREW) CLARKE, who was born on 1 Nov. 1570^[1] in Westhorpe^[1], was christened on 3 Nov. 1570^[6], and died on 29 July 1627^[1] in Westhorpe^[1]. ^{[7, 8]}
NEHGR 1951, p.254 states:
The Kerrich family were wealthy yeomen living in the parish of Saxsted, co.
Suffolk, and their ancestry has been traced to William Kerrich, of Saxsted, who
occurs in 1470.
