1. WILLIAM¹ STEEBY was born between 1853 and 1884, and died between 1912 and 1994. He married on 12 Jan. 1898, (EQ-140) ROZELLA V. THALER, daughter of (EQ-92) Joseph and Lucy (VAUGHN) THALER, who was born on 4 Oct. 1876, and died on 24 March 1921.

5. ALICE ESTELLA² STEEBY (William¹), daughter of (1) William¹ and (EQ-140) Rozella V. (THALER) STEEBY, was born on 9 April 1905 in Thornapple Twp., and died on 15 March 1992 in Battle Creek. She married on 24 June 1925, (HT-1) LYLE ARTHUR GARFIELD, who was born on 31 May 1905 in Saranac, and died on 5 Oct. 1974 in Battle Creek^[1].

7. LESLIE FREDERICK² STEEBY (William¹), son of (1) William¹ and (EQ-140) Rozella V. (THALER) STEEBY, was born on 3 Nov. 1911, and died on 21 Oct. 1985^[2]. He married on 27 Sept. 1934, EDNA KAISER.
